Open Settings from the account menu at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. The Account tab holds everything on this page.

Account

  • Profile photo: upload, replace or remove it. PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 1 MB.
  • Display name: up to 80 characters. Click Save changes.
  • Email: click Change email address, type the new one and click Send verification email. Open the email and confirm; the dashboard updates by itself.
  • Team and Member since show your team, your role in it, and when you joined. Manage opens the Team page.
Changes reach the extension and your phone automatically.

Company branding

Add your company’s logo and name. They appear next to the SprintBrain name at the top of the dashboard.
  • Logo: PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 1 MB. It also becomes the icon in your browser tab on the dashboard and the SprintBrain button in your Chrome toolbar.
  • Company name: shown when there’s no logo, and as the logo’s hover text.
The logo changes as soon as you pick it. The name needs Save changes.

Unused snippets and prompts

Choose how long a snippet or prompt can go unused before a notice appears on the Snippets and Prompts pages: 6, 7, 8 or 9 months. It counts from the last time it was inserted, or from the day it was added if it was never used.
