Create your account
Go to app.sprintbrain.com/signup. Use Email link, Password or Continue with Google.With Email link, SprintBrain emails you a link and an 8-digit code. Click the link, or type the code on the page.

Add the Chrome extension
Open SprintBrain on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. Then pin it: click the puzzle icon in the Chrome toolbar and the pin next to SprintBrain.

Sign in to the extension
Click the SprintBrain icon, then Sign in via dashboard. A tab opens, links the extension to your account and closes by itself.

Create a snippet
In the dashboard, click New snippet. Type the name
Hello: the trigger fills in as hello. In Body, write the text you want, then click Create snippet.5
Insert it
Click into any text field on any website and type
::hello. When you pause, your text takes the place of the trigger.Next
