# Your team

> Create a team, invite people by email, and see everything shared with you and by you in one place.

Open **Team** in the dashboard sidebar.

## Create a team

If you don't have a team yet, the Team page asks for a name, like `Acme Ltd`. Click **Create team**. You can rename it later.

Were you invited instead? Click **Check your invitations** on the same page.

## Invite people

Admins and managers see **Invite people to** the team:

    Type or paste them. Commas, spaces and line breaks all separate addresses.

    Click **Send invite**. Each person gets an email and decides whether to join. Nothing is shared with them until they accept.

| Role | What they can do |
| - | - |
| **Member** | Uses everything shared with them, and can share folders they own. |
| **Manager** | Everything a member can do, plus inviting people. |
| **Admin** | Full control, including sharing on every folder in the team. Only admins can invite another admin. |

Sent invitations are listed with their status: **Waiting**, **Declined** or **Expired**. You can send one again or withdraw it.

## Accept an invitation

Open the link in the invitation email and sign in with the address it was sent to. Click **Accept and join**, or **Decline**. It works on a phone too.

## What the Team page shows

* **The team cover and name.** Admins can change the cover image.
* **The members.**
* **Shared by you** and **Shared with you**: every shared folder, with the people who have access. Open **Manage sharing** on your own folders, or **View access** on the others.
* **A search box** for shared snippets and prompts.
