# Account and branding

> Change your name, photo and email, add your company logo, and choose when SprintBrain flags unused snippets and prompts.

Open **Settings** from the account menu at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. The **Account** tab holds everything on this page.

## Account

* **Profile photo**: upload, replace or remove it. PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 1 MB.
* **Display name**: up to 80 characters. Click **Save changes**.
* **Email**: click **Change email address**, type the new one and click **Send verification email**. Open the email and confirm; the dashboard updates by itself.
* **Team** and **Member since** show your team, your role in it, and when you joined. **Manage** opens the [Team page](/team/workspace).

Changes reach the extension and your phone automatically.

## Company branding

Add your company's logo and name. They appear next to the SprintBrain name at the top of the dashboard.

* **Logo**: PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 1 MB. It also becomes the icon in your browser tab on the dashboard and the SprintBrain button in your Chrome toolbar.
* **Company name**: shown when there's no logo, and as the logo's hover text.

The logo changes as soon as you pick it. The name needs **Save changes**.

## Unused snippets and prompts

Choose how long a snippet or prompt can go unused before a notice appears on the Snippets and Prompts pages: 6, 7, 8 or 9 months. It counts from the last time it was inserted, or from the day it was added if it was never used.

The **Triggers & Prefix** card sets what you type to insert snippets and prompts. See [Triggers](/settings/triggers).
