# What SprintBrain is

> Snippets, prompts and Brains in one library, used from the Chrome extension, the dashboard and your phone.

SprintBrain is one library for three kinds of content:

* **Snippets**: reusable text with a trigger. Type `::quote` in any text field and the full quote appears, with the client's name, today's date and the right total already worked out. See [Snippets](/text-snippets/overview).
* **Prompts**: longer instructions for AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, built from clear blocks and scored for quality. See [Prompts](/prompts/overview).
* **Brains**: facts, notes and documents your AI assistant should know, added to a chat when a task needs them. See [Brains](/brains/overview).

## Where you use it

| Place | What you do there |
| - | - |
| **Dashboard** at [app.sprintbrain.com](https://app.sprintbrain.com) | Write and organize everything, share with your team, change settings, see analytics. |
| **Chrome extension** | Insert snippets and prompts in any website, and add Brains to AI chats. |
| **Phone** at [app.sprintbrain.com/mobile](https://app.sprintbrain.com/mobile/) | Search, fill and copy snippets and prompts. |

All three read the same library, so a change you save is the one everyone uses.

## Work as a team

Share a folder and your teammates get every snippet and prompt inside it, straight away, in their own extension and dashboard. You decide who can use, edit or manage each folder. See [Sharing and permissions](/team/sharing-and-permissions).
